A really REALLY long* reply from Mark!

Thank you for your email regarding the delay you experienced on Tuesday evening.

This was due to a signalling issue and we had to re-route some services. Our 18:51 from Paddington was one of these and I apologise that this caused your late arrival at Oxford.
