Stop! Hopwood time!

Thank you for your email.

I am of course very pleased you have not been significantly delayed in over a week. Yesterday morning one of our trains was held at Reading to wait for an ambulance to attend a passenger who had taken ill on board. The wait you experienced at Hayes was due to the congestion this incident created. I am so sorry your train was affected.
